We, at Discovering Angels, are committed to protecting the personal information you provide and respect your rights to privacy under the NYS Privacy Act 2023.

In accordance with this Act, we are compliant with its requirements in respect to the collection, management and disclosure of your personal information.

We will never sell or make available to other organizations or entities information you have provided us through this site, discoveringangels.com or any affiliated company.

If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to. However, this may affect the delivery of services offered.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Discovering Angels. This Site provides informational and educational services which includes the opportunity to sign up for angelic training, services, or program membership. The Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Site. These Terms are important and you should make sure to read them carefully and contact Pam at info@discoveringangels.com if you have any questions.

These Terms constitute the only agreement between you and us, Discovering Angels, and by accessing, downloading or using the services, trainings, or programs offered, whether or not you register as a member, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

All Discovering Angels services/trainings/memberships are intended for general education and informational purposes only.

The information provided does not serve to diagnose, dispense medical advice, or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for any medical or emotional condition directly or indirectly.

The intent is only to offer information of a general nature to support the student/client in their quest for well-being.

In the event that you use any of this information for yourself, which is your right, Discovering Angels and any affiliate or division of, assumes no responsibility for your actions.

Testimonials and examples stated within the Discovering Angels marketing materials are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Discovering Angels does not make any guarantees about your ability to get your desired results.

Registering Your Details

Before you purchase our services/training/programs, you must register an account with us and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information, as requested. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration information.

If you are a Discovering Angels registered user or member of it or a division of (ie My Angel Guidance), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the protection and confidentiality of any password or member identification issued to, or created by, you.
  • You will not reveal (or cause to be revealed) your Password to any other person
  • You will immediately notify us if your Password is lost or becomes known to any other person
  • Where a member service is for one user only, you will not let any other person use your Password or any registered user or member services.
Your Obligations

Sometimes while engaged in training the student will be engaging with other students. In this case, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceitful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, abusive, offensive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable.

Information that includes personal or identifying information about another person will not be shared without that person’s consent.

There will be no promotion of advertisements, solicitations, or other unsolicited commercial communications (except that which is permitted by us) through groups, events or activities organized by Discovering Angels.

Right to Suspend, Terminate and Refund

It is our sole discretion to suspend or terminate without refund, your use of our Site and any services or training, if you breach any of these Terms.

Refunds are not provided for our service and/or training unless we are in breach of FTC as set out it the Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
